You will find the lockable bike room in the inner courtyard of the hotel. The entrance/passageway to the inner courtyard is a few meters to the left of the main entrance.
Get your room card from the 24-hour self-check-in machine. Use it to open the door in the rear right-hand corner of the inner courtyard (the door is marked with a bicycle symbol and labeled “Radraum”). You can also use the room card to open the door from the inner courtyard into the hotel.

Of course. In the lockable bike room your bike is parked dry and safe, the battery of your e-bike can be charged directly in the bike room or in your room. The room is accessible at any time with your room card. We have prepared a tool set and a floor pump for you for minor repairs or an air check in between.

Our two apartments are also perfect for families.
The two apartments with the numbers 106 and 107 are located on the second floor. Turn left from the elevator or stairs and follow the hallway opposite the entrance to the breakfast room to the end.

The Hotel Kindler 2.0 in Leoben is usually closed during the Christmas and New Year holidays. The exact closing days depend on the weekdays for Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve etc.
The hotel normally closes on December 23rd. 2026 and reopens on the first working day of 2027.
The exact dates will be announced in good time on the website. Closing times are also shown in the booking calendar. When accessing the booking page www.kindler.at/onlinebuchen on a desktop device or laptop, the information can be viewed by moving the mouse over the black dot next to the relevant date.
The sister company Hotel Kongress Leoben is only a few meters away from Hotel Kindler 2.0 and will take care of your overnight stay.
Yes, there is. There is a loading zone directly in front of the hotel where you are welcome to stop and unload your luggage in comfort.
We ask for your understanding that the loading zone cannot be used as a parking area. It is needed for truck deliveries and occasionally for coaches.

Of course! Ariane, our self-check-in machine, will also take care of your spontaneous check-in. It is located on the left in front of the sliding door in the entrance area. Please select the “I don’t have a reservation” button and then simply follow the instructions on the touchscreen. Ariane will suggest a free room for you. If it suits you – perfect! Simply complete your booking at the ticket machine.
When paying, you will need a PIN code (also for your credit card). The check-in is impossible without entering your PIN.
If your check-in was successful, Ariane will issue your key card and the voucher for your reservation.
Please keep the receipt or take a picture of it! If you lose your room card, you will need the number on the receipt to code a new card.

At our Hotel Kindler 2.0, your check-in will be dealt with by Ariane, our self-check-in automat. It is located on the left in front of the sliding door in the entrance area. Please choose the button “I have a reservation” und look for your surname (usually the first few letters will suffice). Follow Ariane’s instructions from there on. You can find detailed instructions in our news article “24h self-check-in with ARIANE”
The payment procedure will require you to enter your PIN code, even when paying with a credit card. The check-in is impossible without entering your PIN. Please confirm your nationality and enter your data into the digital registration form. Sign the form directly on the touch-screen in the white area. If your check-in was successful, Ariane will issue your key card and the voucher for your reservation.
Please keep the receipt or take a picture of it! If you lose your room card, you will need the number on the receipt to code a new card.

Your room is available to you until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please bear in mind that your room card will no longer work afterwards. Please simply return the card to reception. There you will find a corresponding return box.
You need a company invoice?
Our reception team will take care of it. In person, by email to office@kindler.ator on +43 3842 43202.
Or you can simply drop your business card together with your room card in the return box at reception. We will then send the invoice to the email address provided.
With Hotelomat, you check in exactly when it suits you.
It encodes your room card, takes care of registration and prints your receipt. Please make sure you enter your details correctly and in full when making your reservation. This avoids potential problems and saves you having to make entries on the touchscreen on site.
Start the check-in process by selecting the language on the touchscreen. After that, please select the button “I have a reservation” and search for your last name (usually three to four letters are enough). Follow Ariane’s instructions from there on.
You will need a PIN code for the payment process – even for your credit card. The check-in is impossible without entering your PIN. If your company has a corresponding agreement with us, the payment process is omitted for you and you go directly to the next step.
Please confirm your nationality and fill in any missing data for the digital registration form. Sign the form directly on the touch-screen in the white area.
Now select whether Ariane should code one or two room cards for you. Upon successful check-in, you will receive your room card(s) and the receipt for your room booking from Ariane. You can find further instructions in our news article “24h self-check-in with ARIANE”
When checking out, please simply drop your room card in the black box provided to the left of Ariane. It no longer has any function, but can be reused by us and thus helps to avoid waste and effort. Thank you.

In principle, you can check in at our Hotelomat Ariane around the clock, depending on the availability of your room.
We expect you on your arrival day from 14:00, check-out is possible until 11:00 on the day of departure.

The entrance to the inner courtyard of the Hotel Kindler 2.0 is no problem for cars (VW Golf, Ford Focus etc.). With vehicles up to the size of a VW bus (T5, T6) some caution is required, but the entrance is possible. Unfortunately, taller or wider vehicles no longer fit through our 1899 driveway. The parking spaces in the courtyard are not covered.
Yes, there is. On demand we will issue your room with bedclothes for people with allergies. Just choose this additional service when booking online.

You can choose from a variety of bed sizes. Anything between the width of 80-220 cm and length between 200-230 cm is possible. So – if you are a basketballer – no problem! Just inform us about your wishes when booking a room.
In single apartments of the A category, you will find a minibar that you can stock at your discretion.
Of course, you can also leave that to us and enjoy a cool beverage as soon as arriving at your room. Just inform us 48 hours before arriving and we will make sure 2 bottles of Gösser beer, a soft drink and a bottle of mineral water are waiting for you. (costs: € 14, non-recurring).
