AGB – General Terms and Conditions of Business/Contract

All reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing via office@kindler.at.

For any matters not covered by this agreement, the “General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry” shall apply. Under special circumstances, the actual lodging service may be provided at a different hotel. The place of jurisdiction is Leoben, Austria.

Arrival

On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 14:00. If the room is available earlier, the reception will inform you.

Departure

On the day of departure please vacate the hotel room by 11.00 am.

Booking guarantee

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before arrival (no payment). If the credit card expires or is not valid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Prices and included services

The room rates are net, per room, per night, including our rich breakfast buffet as well as all taxes and duties, excluding EUR 2.50 overnight stay tax per person and night. The inclusive services of packages are indicated in detail in the respective package descriptions.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations made after this date will be charged at 75 percent of the total cost of all nights’ stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.
• Even if the guest does not use the reserved rooms or the lodging services, or does not use them to the extent booked (e.g., fewer nights, fewer guests, or fewer package services), the guest is still obligated to pay the agreed-upon fee to the lodging provider.
  However, the accommodation provider must deduct any savings resulting from the guest’s failure to use the services or any income received from renting the reserved rooms to other guests.

Cancellations can only be made in writing via office@kindler.at in writing.

Please note that by confirming the booking you accept these cancellation fees!

Charging / Payment

The following credit cards are accepted at Hotel Kindler: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club. The EC (bankomat) card is also welcome.
