There are two ways to replace a lost room card.
- Have a new room card coded at the check-in machine
Go to the check-in machine in the entrance area. Select your language on the touchscreen and then the corresponding menu item. You will need the reservation number from your check-in voucher for coding at the machine.
Now enter your last name and take out your new card.
- Have a new room card encoded by the hotel team
