At our Hotel Kindler 2.0, your check-in will be dealt with by Ariane, our self-check-in automat. It is located on the left in front of the sliding door in the entrance area. Please choose the button “I have a reservation” und look for your surname (usually the first few letters will suffice). Follow Ariane’s instructions from there on. You can find detailed instructions in our news article “24h self-check-in with ARIANE”
The payment procedure will require you to enter your PIN code, even when paying with a credit card. The check-in is impossible without entering your PIN. Please confirm your nationality and enter your data into the digital registration form. Sign the form directly on the touch-screen in the white area. If your check-in was successful, Ariane will issue your key card and the voucher for your reservation.
Please keep the receipt or take a picture of it! If you lose your room card, you will need the number on the receipt to code a new card.
