Your travel dates have changed or your booking needs to be canceled?
No problem – you can easily edit your existing booking yourself in our booking system.
Here’s how it works:
- Follow this link: Change or cancel booking
- At the top left you will find the menu item Change/Cancel. Please click on it.
- Please enter your booking number in the field above.
You can find it in the subject line of your confirmation email or in the email itself.
It looks like this: KINDLER-******-**** - Please enter the email address you used for the booking in the field below.
Finally, click on “Login”. - You will now see the current booking and can edit the following:
- Change guest name
- Change arrival and departure date
- Change room
- Click on the confirmation button at the bottom of the page.
You will receive an email to confirm your changes.
- Clicking on the “Cancel this booking” button cancels the entire booking. You will receive a confirmation email.
