Of course! Ariane, our self-check-in machine, will also take care of your spontaneous check-in. It is located on the left in front of the sliding door in the entrance area. Please select the “I don’t have a reservation” button and then simply follow the instructions on the touchscreen. Ariane will suggest a free room for you. If it suits you – perfect! Simply complete your booking at the ticket machine.
When paying, you will need a PIN code (also for your credit card). The check-in is impossible without entering your PIN.
If your check-in was successful, Ariane will issue your key card and the voucher for your reservation.
Please keep the receipt or take a picture of it! If you lose your room card, you will need the number on the receipt to code a new card.
